ACC Representatives attended the Opening Ceremony of “Shaanxi Day” Event at 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition

On 22 August 2019, the "Shaanxi Day" event hosted by Shaanxi Provincial Government, opened at 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition in Yanqing, Beijing.

Mr. Wei Zengjun, Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province and Mr. Zhang Shenfeng, Vice Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade attended the event and delivered remarks. Around 500 guests including representatives from China Afforestation Committee and other related organisations, people from all sectors of society and guests from China and abroad were present. On behalf of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC), Ms. Kong Roatlomang, Director of Education, Culture and Tourism Division (ECTD) of ACC attended the event upon invitation.

The "Shaanxi Day" event was held at the 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition from 22 to 24 August, displaying Shaanxi’s achievements in horticulture, green ecology, culture heritage, tourism attractions, economic and trade development, cultural events promoting Qinling panda and folk cultural performances were also included.
